Job Title: Music Director – Contemporary Worship
Location: Bethany Church, Red Lion, PA
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Reports to: Lead Pastor and Staff Parish Relations Team
Bethany Church is a vibrant congregation of approximately 125 people, committed to authentic worship and spiritual growth. We’re seeking a passionate and organized Music Director to lead our contemporary worship service. This individual will develop and disciple a team of volunteer musicians and vocalists, plan and lead weekly worship experiences, and foster a creative, Christ-centered environment. Our contemporary service has had many iterations and is ready to go to the next level and grow with our new music director.

Job Title: Part Time Youth Director Job Description
Location: Bethany Church, Red Lion, PA
Hours: 12-15 hours a week [time spent with youth counts]
Reports to: Senior Pastor
This part time position (40 hours/month) is responsible for leading a growing youth ministry, providing Christ-centered, enthusiastic leadership to recruit, support, and maintain participation of youth. The Youth Director will collaborate with Senior Pastor and ministry teams, and provide leadership to recruit, train and support volunteers.
