Youth

Our Values

Partnering with parents to apprentice young believers in the way of Jesus, raising up lifelong disciples who love God and serve His church.

This journey involves studying the Bible to learn from Jesus and apply His teaching, as well as engaging in worship and prayer that draw students into a deeper relationship with God. It also means walking alongside parents as the primary disciplers in their children’s lives, supporting and equipping families to grow together in faith. Youth are also called to be an active part of the body of Christ, the church, by joining in worship services with brothers and sisters of all ages, participating in intergenerational events, serving both within the church and in the wider community, and joyfully sharing the good news of Jesus with others. Through these practices, students are equipped not simply to attend youth groups, but to step into lifelong discipleship as faithful followers of Christ.

Yes, Lord, walking in the way of your laws, we wait of you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts. - Isaiah 26:8 (NIV)

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our God is a consuming fire.” -Hebrews 12:28-29 NIV

4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.[a] 5 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. 6 These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. 8 Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. 9 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.

37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[c] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[d] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
